Every mosquito problem is different. Total Mosquito
Control custom designs your system to fit your situation.
We start by analyzing the area to be controlled and considering
problem areas. When appropriate, we will also zone
areas for multiple systems.
Analyzing Problem Areas

Shade and Foliage
You love the shade? So do they. Mosquitoes
rest in shady green areas such as tall grass, gardens,
hedges, forested walks and shade trees. Shady
walkways and sheltered areas should be included
in targeted mists.

Water Sources
What's better in the scorching summer than a starlit
evening by the lake or a dip in your backyard pool?
Mosquitoes will agree with you--they breed in water.
We recommend: Keep swimming pools chlorinated.
Mist the lawns and decks around lakeside and pools.

Activity Zones
To cover larger areas, we divide your home into activity
zones. Each zone can be controlled separately
or sprayed all together. Lesser used areas of the
home do not need to be sprayed each time.
We have found the optimum number of nozzles per
activity zone to be no more than 60 nozzles. For larger
areas we recommend multiple smaller systems (rather than
one large one) to minimize the cost per spraying.
Using activity zones, every spraying is cost effective.
Delicate Areas
Professional designers of mosquito misting systems are
trained to recognize delicate areas such as azaleas, ferns
and Koi ponds. These areas should not receive direct
mists.
